Kurdistan - Northern Iraq.

Drilling is pleased to announce that we have been selected by an
independent Norwegian oil company to conduct a number of reservoir
engineering assignments. The assignments include due diligence on
existing reservoir engineering models and formulating a field development
plan. The assignment will be conducted by one of our lead reservoir
engineers with more than 25 years of petroleum & reservoir engineering
experience. Offering exploration portfolio management and field
development studies is a logical extension to our core well engineering
capabilities.

multi-lateral study where it is progressed from feasibility status to
detailed engineering status for an independent oil company on their
mature assets in the North Sea. This is a logic evolution from the
feasibility study we conducted last year and is proof that Red Stone
Drilling can deliver top-class engineering at various stages of the well
delivery process.

assist RWE to conduct a study for an extended reach multi-lateral well.
The total planned well depth is expected to exceed 30,000 ft MD BRT and
will be drilled in a challenging surface & downhole
environment. The study will be conducted in close cooperation with the
client and a number of service providers.

Red Stone Drilling is pleased to announce to assist an independent oil
company to conduct a study to ascertain the feasibility of using
Multi-Lateral technology on their mature assets. The study will focus on
employing Multi-Lateral technology on Extended Reach (ERD) wells from
their Northern North Sea platforms and will build on the findings and
conclusions of the report ‘Technology Selection Process for ERD Wells in
Mature Assets’ Red Stone Drilling conducted in 2007.

move to Riverside House, Riverside Drive, Aberdeen. This is due to
continual expansion in the business and will provide an excellent base
